Job Description

As a Fund Accountant, your responsibilities are:

  • Carry out monthly bank reconciliations and maintain all supporting documentation
  • Processing and verifying fund transactions
  • Ensuring accurate fund valuations
  • Preparing financial statements and reports
  • Maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Complying with financial regulations and standards
  • Identifying and resolving transaction discrepancies
  • Collaborating with the banking and financial services team
  • Contributing to the development of the company's financial services

The Successful Applicant

As a Fund Accountant, your need to :

  • Graduate in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • Pro-active, motivated and eager to learn and grow in fast paced working environment
  • Flexible, excellent team player and have a positive attitude towards problem solving issues
  • Fluent in English (French would be considered as an advantage)
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and able to work under tight deadlines
  • The candidate will receive training and coaching required and it is not expected that the candidate hold any material prior experience.
